One big belief as a human being and working as a SECA with children is that I believe that we all need to be empowered with motivation. It feels very nice when someone gives you an encouraging comment.   We all are so busy meeting deadlines and working hard to accomplish goals that at times we become blind to see how good we are in some areas. We are very aware when we are doing something wrong or simply, we just can’t do it.             This is how I see children, they need that one or two-word motivational words to start their morning right.   We must understand that some of these Children already come with so much negativity in their minds and by the time they reached the school their thoughts all over the place. Some of these causes are either because they got yelled because they wouldn’t get up or because they would not hurry up for school, or they were late and missed breakfast. Technology is a huge part of our lives in the 21st century. Now in days not only teens, but also very young children have smart phones, tablets, computers, and smart watches. These devices can be used for multiple reasons, especially for education. The negative and the positive truth about education technology. First, many schools switch to a laptop / tablet instead of using books. The student does not have to carry many books for each class, but rather one product. School administrations are trying to block these websites, but students are constantly find ways to break those codes.
